The project
The Tahirih Justice Center hosts annual signature events across the country, each of which I have designed the visual identities for. The events sought to uplift hope and healing and virtually bring together supporters across the country to honor the resilience of immigrant survivors of gender-based violence after an especially difficult year.
The design
For the 2021 Journey to Justice: Hope & Healing virtual events, I led a strategic, collaborative process to craft a unified event brand. I combined the concepts of unity, healing, community, and hope into an illustration in alignment with our visual branding and featuring the faces of real Tahirih clients.
